FEAST is “Faith Enrichment and Spiritual Training”, the acronym we use to describe our comprehensive approach to Christian education that offers a variety of pathways to spiritual enrichment.

BIBLE STUDY, an in-depth look at the Bible with classes that meet bimonthly during much of the year.

INQUIRER'S CLASS, a series of classes designed to explore more deeply the Christian tradition and history, paying particular attention to the Episcopal tradition. This series of classes will prepare those who may wish to be confirmed in or received into the Episcopal Church.

“GOD TALK” BOOK CLUB, a group that reads and discusses works by prominent theologians. Recent authors include Henri Nouwen, C.S. Lewis.

GODLY PLAY, the program for children’s faith formation. More information

MEDITATION, a 30-minute session of silent prayer is offered twice daily (noon and 6:00pm) from Tuesday through Friday and at noon on Saturday.

PEACE AND JUSTICE BOOK CLUB, a group that reads and discusses works by activist thinkers.

SIX FOR SUPPER, small group clusters that meet in homes for prayer, Bible study, and/or theological discussion.

SOUP AND SPIRITUALITY, a popular lecture series that takes place during the five Wednesdays of Lent, featuring homemade vegetarian soup and salad. Speakers to address Lenten topics from their respective faith traditions. Recent topics have included Forgiveness, Global Repentance, and Fasting.

TWILIGHT LECTURE SERIES, sponsored by the World Community for Christian Meditation, a series of talks on contemplative practices and ways of life.


The Church of the Holy Nativity serves the communities of Playa Del Rey, Marina del Rey, LAX, Westchester
