If you sense a certain calm as you walk by the south end of the campus, you are probably picking up the vibes from LiveYoga Wellness.
The mission of the LiveYoga Wellness Westchester Center is to provide an environment for the local community to inspire and promote wellness. The goal of the Center is to promote and enable self-health and healing through the mindful practice of Yoga, meditation, and other related classes and workshops.
